Welcome to #FunFriday! It's been waiting for you all week and it has even prepared a gift for you.

As you well know by now, every Friday we write a quick blog highlighting some fun gimmick or easter egg that can be found on your computer or the internet and today is no different.

Our little snippet this week involves Microsoft Word and is a way to randomly generate gibberish! Well, almost gibberish.

Type any of the following, and then press enter afterwards whilst in Word and watch it generate the well known pangram:
"The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog."
Please note that not every phrase will work on all versions of Microsoft Word.

=rand()
=rand(10,10)
=lorem
=rand.old()

Whilst it might seem pointless, it's actually a useful trick to have up your sleeve if you are using templates and need a good, quick filler!

And as a side note: If you're wondering what a pangram is, it is a sentence that contains every letter of the alphabet. Here are a few other examples, including a Perfect Pangram (a sentence that uses all of and only the 26 letters of the alphabet. Not that it makes much sense!).

"Crazy Fredrick bought many very exquisite opal jewels."
"How quickly daft jumping zebras vex."
"Mr. Jock, TV quiz PhD, bags few lynx."
